As an RN, your role involves delivering and coordinating comprehensive patient care, ensuring safety and therapeutic measures in accordance with established standards and protocols. You will utilize evidence-based practices, clinical judgment, compassion, and effective communication to foster the safest patient environment and the best possible experience.

Utilizing the nursing process, you will assess patient needs, plan interventions, and evaluate care effectiveness involving both patients and their families. You will anticipate and address changes in patient condition, mobilize resources as required, and collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to guarantee patient-centered care.

Essential responsibilities include reducing patient risk, promoting safety, coordinating discharge plans, and engaging in quality improvement initiatives. You will encourage collaboration, leadership within the care team, and facilitate professional development for yourself and others.

Licenses & Certifications :

Registered Nurse license in the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Degrees :

Completion of an accredited Nursing program.

Required Functional Experience :

Typically requires at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
