Employment Defense Attorney (hybrid schedule) Los Angeles, CA

Our civil litigation defense firm is seeking a labor & employment attorney to join our team. Our firm places an emphasis on strong legal work and excellent service while focusing on preventative counseling and a results-oriented approach to litigation.

The associate attorney would work closely with an established team of litigators and a robust client base and would have significant opportunities for growth and advancement. Ideally, the associate will have ample employment litigation experience and be able to handle a caseload with minimal supervision.

Qualifications / Requirements :

• Admitted to the California Bar.
• 4 - 8 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
• Preference for labor and employment experience, however general civil litigation experience is welcome.
• Has experience managing cases independently, subject to input from supervising partner.
• Has ample experience taking depositions and arguing motions in court.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
