Job Summary

Registered Behavior Technician RBT. Full time or Part Time. W-2. Center based. Guaranteed 30-40 hours per week.

Job Qualifications

• Valid RBT certificate (after passing the board exam)
• Active FL Medicaid provider number

General Accountabilities

Accurately implement skill acquisition programs and implement the individual treatment plan

Accurately implement behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and / or behavior support plans.

Maintain precise and meticulous client progress records, which may include data sheets, graphs, daily notes, anecdotal information, etc.

Maintain a safe, clean, stimulating, and fun environment for the client

Collaborate with the client family and related professionals as needed regarding client updates, progress, behavioral concerns, etc.

Uphold company policies and standards of conduct; implement ABA intervention in line with the BACB ethical guidelines

Promptly report all incidents of abuse / neglect and train others to recognize signs of abuse, neglect, and exploitation

Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement'

Schedule :

Day shift

Monday to Friday

Pay : Starting at $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. Performance and experience considered.
