• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
• Active Bar Admission in Florida .
• 2–3 years of substantive general litigation experience , with a focus on construction litigation .
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a client-service mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
