Salary Range : $85,000 $100,000 (commensurate with experience)

Status : Full-Time, Exempt

Reports to : Executive Director

Location : Las Vegas, Nevada (with travel between Foundation for Recovery sites as needed)

Job Summary

The Clinical Director is a senior leadership role responsible for planning, developing, launching, and overseeing Foundation for Recoverys new continuum of substance use disorder (SUD) clinical services. This is a rare opportunity to design and lead a best-in-class treatment program within a nationally recognized Recovery Community Organization (RCO) and help build a sustainable, peer-informed, and clinically integrated model of care.

This position will be instrumental in building the Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Outpatient (OP), and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) program from the ground up guiding initial program design, obtaining necessary state approvals and accreditation, enrolling with insurance payers including Medicaid and Managed Care Organizations, and recruiting a multidisciplinary clinical team.

Once operational, the Clinical Director provides clinical leadership and oversight for all licensed treatment services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, and person-centered care that integrates with our existing peer-led recovery support programs. The role includes supervision of clinical staff, oversight of compliance and quality assurance, and responsibility for the organizations clinical policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, exempt leadership position requiring flexibility to meet the needs of a clinical program startup and ongoing operations. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required. Work will be based at the organizations Las Vegas headquarters and treatment facility, with periodic travel to other sites and community partner locations.

Environment

Our employees work in a supportive and collaborative office environment. This position is full-time and based at our Henderson office. Foundation for Recovery will provide all the tools necessary to perform the duties of the position.
