Contract Special Security Officer

Manage classified government programs and oversight of the day-to-day operations of a Special Access Program Facility (SAPF). Provide support in clearance processing, visit certifications, document control, and physical security for controlled areas associated with special access programs. Conduct highly sensitive security briefings. Coordinate all security education programs. Act as a primary liaison with upper management and outside agencies. Interact with internal and external clients or government security officials to perform security duties, address routine personnel security matters with employees regarding issues, report preparation, program security access briefings, and other duties, as required.

Basic Qualifications :

• 3+ years of experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) or security specialist administering security programs
• Experience with SCI or SAP programs and DISS
• Knowledge of National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directive (ICD), and DoD and COMSEC security requirements
• Knowledge of the government classified contract process
• TS / SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications :

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
