Position : Charge Nurse - RN

Shift : 3pm to 11pm

Employment Type : Full Time (32 hours per week)

Your Role :

As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will enhance the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your key responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, crafting individualized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Conducting thorough patient assessments and developing tailored care plans.
• Administering prescribed medications, treatments, and IV therapies.
• Monitoring vital signs and accurately documenting patient medical information.
• Providing essential wound care and nursing interventions as required.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Overseeing Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality care.
