Job Title :  Licensed Residential Electrician

Salary :  $65,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience)

Location :  Serving projects across  Artisan Outdoor Craftsman  and  Vive Exterior Design

What You'll Be Doing :

• Comprehensive Electrical Work :  Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across residential remodels, luxury outdoor builds, and new construction projects.
• Diverse Project Scope :  Work on  garages, home additions, pool panels, decks, outdoor kitchens, lighting systems , and full-scale remodels.
• Lighting & Power Integration :  Wire and configure electrical panels, outlets, lighting controls, and automation systems that complement both indoor and outdoor living spaces.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs :  Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently, ensuring safety and performance across all projects.
• Cross-Team Collaboration :  Work with project managers, designers, and craftsmen from both  Artisan Outdoor Craftsman  and  Vive Exterior Design .
• Code Compliance & Documentation :  Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards, maintaining precise project records.
