    The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President of Managed Aircraft Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the company's managed aircraft fleet, interpreting sales data and market insights to develop effective sales strategies, and collaborating with marketing and leadership to execute region-specific sales plans. A proactive approach to business development, the ability to connect with key customers and stakeholders, and a strong background in general aviation sales, particularly in aircraft management services, are essential for this role. The Regional VP will also be expected to provide sales forecasts, hold regular meetings with the executive and marketing teams, and negotiate agreements with prospective clients. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in general aviation, and a proven track record in sales. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to make difficult decisions.
