Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Friday | $15.64 per hour

Requirements: 2 years of customer service skills + A valid driver's license + A clean MVR + Ability to walk long distances + Work in all weather conditions + Overtime as needed

Meter Reader Essential Tasks

• Driving a company vehicle along work routes.
• Inspecting water meters to ensure they are functioning correctly.
• Locating the customers' meters and taking accurate readings from them.
• Perform meter reading activities on an assigned route; record meter data into handheld computerized meter reading device and verify accuracy of readings; troubleshoot high/low.
• Record the meter reading accurately with the figures, customer account number, and location of the meter.
