Occupational Therapist / Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Hybrid Position)

Location : Encino, CA

Schedule : Full-Time or Part-Time (Hybrid)

Compensation : $38–$60 per hour, based on experience and credentials

Our therapy clinic in Encino is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team. This is a hybrid position ideal for clinicians passionate about providing high-quality care in hand therapy, neuro rehabilitation, and / or pediatrics .

Responsibilities :

Deliver skilled occupational therapy services within your scope of practice (hand, neuro, and / or pediatric caseload).

Perform evaluations, treatments, and progress documentation as required.

Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Maintain accurate, timely notes and support continuity of care.

Participate in staff communication and case coordination as needed.

Requirements :

Valid California OT or COTA license.

Relevant fieldwork experience in hand therapy, neuro, or pediatrics (required).

Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

Ability to commute reliably to our Encino clinic for in-person sessions (hybrid schedule available).
