Job Description :

This is a contract position in Chicago, IL, requiring onsite presence.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be familiar with software development methodologies and project management tools.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business units to understand strategies and processes.

Develop detailed requirements and support technical designs.

Translate business needs into functional specifications.

Ensure user stories meet established principles and definitions.

Write specifications and documentation for system changes.

Qualifications

Experience in business analysis and application development.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with financial systems is a plus.

Understanding of software development methodologies.

Knowledge of project management and documentation tools.
