[job_card.job_description]Build and maintain office systems, SOPs, and digital filing structure Manage project documentation (RFIs, COIs, submittals, permits, change orders) Coordinate vendors, purchase orders, and compliance documentation Support billing, timesheets, expense tracking, and bookkeeping coordination Act as the communication link between leadership, field teams, and vendors 6+ years in construction office admin, project coordination, or operations Strong understanding of construction documentation workflows Proficiency with Microsoft Office + Teams / SharePoint / OneDrive Experience with Procore / PlanGrid / Buildertrend is a plus Highly organized, proactive, and able to self-manage remotely
