SummaryLocation: Onsite, Multiple locations in Stamford, CT
Job Type: Full-time; 35–40 hours weekly depending on location (schedules are typically early mornings to mid-afternoons).
Length of Work Year: 51 weeks
Salary Range: $17.50/hour (rates are based on education and total college credits specific to Early Childhood Education, as per union contract)

Duties- Assist with the implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
- Supervise and engage young children.
- Support daily classroom routines and transitions.
- Help maintain a safe, healthy, and clean learning environment.
- Partner and communicate with families.
- Observe and document children’s interests and progress.
- Collaborate with co-teachers, support staff, and administrators.
RequirementsAt least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
Nice To Haves- Work towards a CDA credential or coursework in Early Childhood Education.
- Strong desire to work with young children and their families.
- Willingness to pursue ongoing professional development in early childhood, such as internal CLC training and OEC courses.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Levels of experience will be a key factor in candidate selection.
- Basic computer literacy.
