CarePatrol also provides education to families about their care options and accompanies them on visits to facilities, much like a real estate professional would with homes. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Denver, CO. The specialist will focus on building relationships with referral partners and clients, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, and generating leads to expand the business. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, participating in community outreach events, and effectively communicating CarePatrol's mission and services to families and partners.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Market Research methodologies
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients and partners
• Experience with Lead Generation strategies and executing business growth initiatives
• Outstanding Customer Service capabilities to provide a positive client experience
• Proactive and results-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and meet goals
• Experience in healthcare or senior care industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
