• Compensation: $65,000$- 100,000 annually, with overtime opportunities.

Job Summary

As a Surgical Unit Registered Nurse, you'll provide individualized and compassionate care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs. You'll work in a collaborative, supportive environment where patient care is the priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Accurately document patient care in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Uphold the standards of the Texas Nurse Practice Act.
• Participate in improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities.

Who Were Looking For:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma or Associate Degree).
• Experience: New grads welcome; 1+ year of experience is a plus.
• Licenses/Certifications:
• Active Registered Nurse license.
• Current CPR-BLS certification.
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
