[job_card.job_description]Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and address any inquiries or concerns Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose service and repair needs Provide detailed estimates for repair costs and obtain customer approval Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of services Maintain accurate records of service history and update customer profiles Handle customer complaints or escalated issues and provide satisfactory resolutions Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and handle high-volume customer inquiries Proficiency in automotive software and tools Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Clean driving record & valid driver’s license High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Description of the Role :
We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at Edwards Chevrolet, located in Birmingham, Alabama. The Service Advisor plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and managing the daily operations of our service department. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive service needs, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience for all customers.
