Compliance Analyst

As a Compliance Analyst, you will maintain, monitor and report data from the Company's Safety systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring Safety systems for critical and time sensitive information
• Managing the flow of confidential information with discretion
• Reporting data in an efficient and timely manner
• Maintaining current and accurate information
• Reporting and assisting in resolution of system issues in an efficient and timely manner
• Understanding and staying current with DOT HOS regulations
• Managing document retention in compliance with DOT regulations
• Continuously improving processes

Qualifications include:

• Proficient in Microsoft office with focus in Excel
• Knowledge of DOT HOS regulations helpful but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented; strong organizational and project management skills
• Track record of consistently producing accurate and high-quality work
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities with compressed timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Cross-functional team player with ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
• Self-motivated, self-starting critical thinker
• Conducts all work in an ethical, honest, professional and confidential manner
• Ability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
