Pleasanton Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced veterinarian with prior leadership experience! This is your chance to guide a thriving small animal practice while enjoying the resources, stability, and mentorship of a larger veterinary network. It’s the best of both worlds - the autonomy of private practice with the backing of a supportive team.

Pleasanton Veterinary Hospital has been serving the East Bay community for 30+ years with a focus on affordable, high-quality, compassionate care. We are a full-service, progressive practice equipped with :

  • Provide medical leadership and oversee case management
  • Mentor and develop associate DVMs and support staff
  • Establish medical protocols and ensure quality standards
  • Collaborate with the Hospital Manager to drive financial performance, operations, and compliance
