Key Responsibilities

Make 200+ outbound dials per day to prospects in the dental, chiropractic, and medical spaces

Book qualified appointments directly into client calendars and maintain high appointment show rates

Track performance in the CRM and handle objections confidently in a high-rejection environment

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in outbound phone sales or appointment setting

Experience working with CRM systems and following structured shifts

Proven ability to meet or exceed daily quotas and KPIs

Comfortable with sales scripts and adapting them in real-time

Must have a quiet home office setup with reliable high-speed internet and backup power supply
