Immigration Case Manager

A company is looking for a Specialty Visa Case Manager to manage employment-based visa cases for agricultural and non-agricultural sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for clients throughout the visa application process, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance

Communicate with relevant agencies and collaborate with immigration attorneys on complex cases

Educate team members and clients on visa processes, while advocating for process improvements

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience with TN, H-2B, L-1, or PERM visa petitions

Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in agriculture or start-up environments

Proficient in the PERM process and labor market tests

Experience using electronic case management software

Demonstrated ability to manage complex situations independently and professionally
