In-House / Transactional Paralegal

We are seeking a skilled In-House / Paralegal to join our team and support attorneys with corporate, real estate, and investment matters. The ideal In-House / Paralegal has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

In-House / Transactional Paralegal Requirements :

• Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program + 4 years' experience, OR JD + 1 year legal office experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe, Westlaw, and Lexis
