Customer Support Specialist
Position Overview : Communiboost As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the frontline representative of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your primary role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. Salary Range : $21.00 - $30.25 hourly Location : Philadelphia, PA
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues with our products and services.
Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system for future reference.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and track resolutions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in a customer support or service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and helpdesk tools is a plus.
