Job Description

Principal | Architecture & Interior Design Firm Location :  Atlanta, GA Sector Focus :  Mixed-use We’re seeking a Principal to lead the Mixed-Use market sector for a nationally known architecture and design firm. This business-critical leadership role focuses on strategic growth, project excellence, and team development. If you have deep expertise in high-rise, large-scale mixed-use projects and want to drive vision and impact, this role—based in Atlanta—offers the platform and ownership structure to support that ambition. Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited architecture program
  • 10-15+ years of experience in a professional architecture environment, preferably with 10+ years on mixed-use projects, experience in high-rise building projects is preferred
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, additional proficiency in Rhino, Sketchup, Enscape, AutoCAD, or other 3D modeling and rendering programs is desirable
  • Knowledgeable of industry materials and systems, project design and detailing, and the preparation of construction documents and specifications
  • Experienced in all phases and aspects of conventional architecture, including mixed-use developments
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, professional manner
  • Ability to solve problems with attention to detail and a desire to learn
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Ability to provide feedback to team members through verbal conversations, annual performance reviews, and direct project feedback and redlines
