Job Description

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)​​

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

3+ years of developing and executing manual and automated tests for mobile applications on iOS or Android.

Experience with TCM and Defect Tracking tools such asBrowserStack, ADO, JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr

Experience using mobile test automation platforms and frameworks (e.g., BrowserStack,Perfecto Mobile, Appium, Espresso, XCUITest).

Experience with Git / GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket for managing test scripts.

Experience ensuring compatibility across multiple devices and operating system combinations.

What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)​

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

3+ years of developing and executing manual and automated tests for mobile applications on iOS orAndroid.

Mobile test automation experience on a large consumer application in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store

BrowserStackexpertise – Hands-on experience with BrowserStack for mobile device testing - both manual and automated functional tests

Gherkin – proficiency in writing test scenarios using Gherkin using a declarative style

Page Object Model– strong understanding of the Page Object Model (POM) for structuring automation tests.

Programming skills in Java with experience in writing automated test scripts for mobile applications using Appium

CI / CD Integration – experience integrating tests with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI / CD.

Understanding of network conditions, throttling, offline testing and using tools like Charles, Fiddler, Wireshark to observe mobile to microservice interactions

API Testing – familiarity with tools like Postman, RestAssured, Karate , for API automation testing and manual manipulation

Experience with multiple test frameworks – Robot , Gherkin, Detox

Performance Testing – familiarity with JMeter, Gatling, or k6 for mobile performance testing.

Experience testing wearable applications– Apple Watch, Android Wear

Experience testing integration with external hardware devices

AI / ML in Testing – knowledge of AI-powered test automation tools for visual and functional testing.

Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to collaborate with developers and product teams.

Compensation : The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of New York, Colorado, California, or Washington.

The salary range for this role is $95,000to $171,800. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

Bonus Potential : An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
