About Us

Welcome to the Colton Meyers State Farm Agent office in Kilgore, Texas! My team and I proudly serve East Texas and Northwest Louisiana, offering personalized insurance plans to meet your unique needs. With over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, I'm committed to helping families and businesses protect what they care about most.

I'm a proud graduate of Louisiana State University Shreveport, where I received my bachelor's degree in business administration. Family is a big part of my life, and I'm fortunate to work alongside my mother, Melissa, in the office. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, watching sports, and fishing, especially on warm summer weekends.

Day to Day Operations

  • Contact customers and selling to insurance needs while establishing relationships in the community
  • Cold calling and generating leads
  • Display fast, accurate, and friendly customer service. (insurance availability, new policies, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification)
