Key Responsibilities
Draft and respond to civil discovery and manage discovery strategy
Prepare motions, oppositions, briefs, and pre / post-trial documents
Appear in court, mediations, depositions, and assist with trial / arbitration preparation
Required Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership
3-5 years of litigation experience; employment law / class action / PAGA experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office, PDF tools, and legal research platforms like Lexis / Westlaw
Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
