Transdev is proud to offer:CBA Position:Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:- $18.04-21.00 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)
- Starting pay $18.04 with progression to $21.00 over 4years.
Benefits include:- Vacation:70 hours to 120 hours days per year
- Paid Sick Leave: All non-probationary drivers who work thirty (30) or more days per year shall receive forty-eight (48) hours of sick leave on January 1 of each calendar year.; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.
Benefits may vary depending on location policy. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy.Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor.
- Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
- Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Computer literate
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to operate standard telephone system.
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Physical Requirements:- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
- Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
