Position Purpose : Unit Specialist will actively oversee a clients struggling with addiction, ensuring the provision of daily counseling sessions, including individual, case management, group, and educational activities, within a safe and therapeutic environment. Collaborate within a team to deliver comprehensive addiction treatment services to clients and their families, facilitating the integration of recovery principles into their daily lives. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and their families as they navigate the challenges of addiction and work towards sustainable recovery.

Sign-on Bonus of $2,000 paid out within first 9 months of hire.

Qualifications :

• High School diploma or GED and one year of addiction treatment experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Certified Addictions Counselor (CADC) or able to be certified within 24 months
• Skilled in behavioral management techniques
• Ability to coordinate and present lectures for patients, parents and community resources

Essential Responsibilities :

Schedule : Sun-Thur 3pm-11 : 30pm

Work Location : Rosecrance Harrison Campus

Compensation & Rewards : Based on education, experience, and credentials

Shift Differentials

Incentives : $0.50 / hr with CADC certification
