About the Role

Truework recently acquired by Checkr provides access to crucial employment income information and asset information needed for mortgage loans apartment rentals background checks and more. We are disrupting a $5B industry dominated by legacy incumbents and outdated processes with a better product and intense customer focus. Within Checkr Truework operates independently allowing rapid iteration while also being able to leverage the strengths and assets from our core business. The Operations Program Manager will spearhead strategic initiatives and special projects within the operations team ensuring alignment with Trueworks broader business objectives. This role requires a professional with experience managing high-impact projects across diverse operational functions. The Operations Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and optimize processes contributing significantly to the organizations efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute complex high-visibility projects within the operations team ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with product engineering and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance.
• Analyze current operational processes identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.
• Assist with continuous training initiatives across newly launched projects.
• Develop strong relationships across teams facilitating effective communication and collaboration to support project success.
• Design and implement scalable and repeatable operational processes aligning them with company goals and growth strategies.
• Serve as a liaison between operations teams ensuring alignment and synergy in reaching organizational objectives.

On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (Nashville TN)

$73000 - $91000 USD

At Checkr we believe a hybrid work environment strengthens collaboration drives innovation and encourages connection. Our hub locations are Denver CO San Francisco CA and Santiago Chile. Individuals are expected to work from the office 2 to 3 days a week. Starting January 2026 hub-based employees will be expected to work from the office 3 days per -office perks are provided such as lunch four times a week a commuter stipend and an abundance of snacks and beverages. A relocation stipend may be available for those willing to relocate to a Checkr hub location.
