• Key Responsibilities :

Manage referral queue for colonoscopy patients.

Track call attempts and ensure timely follow-up with unresponsive patients

JOB SUMMARY

This position works under general supervision of physician, mid-level provider and / or Registered Nurse to provide experienced para-professional nursing skills in treatment, care and safety of patients. Works within their scope of practice as defined by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Required

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse program from approved school of nursing.

(LVN) LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE By Board of Nurse Examiners for State of Texas Upon Hire and

(BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT Certification through a course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Upon Hire

Preferred

1 year experience in clinical setting

JOB DUTIES

(c) Regularly maintaining, modifying, releasing or similarly affecting patient records (including patient financial records); or

(d) Regularly maintaining, modifying, releasing or similarly affecting human-subjects research records.
