A company is looking for a Service Navigator (Information and Referral).
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and inquiries from the public using computer software
Assess the needs of callers and provide appropriate resources
Document interactions and maintain accurate records of calls and referrals
Required Qualifications
Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to conduct needs assessments and make effective referrals
Ability to assist callers presenting life-threatening crises
Must be able to obtain Inform certification within 90 days of hire
Must pass a criminal background check
