Corporate Development Manager

A company is looking for a Corporate Development & Investor Relations Manager to support the Head of Corporate Development and Investor Relations across various departmental responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate execution of key elements of the quarterly earnings process, including business unit insights and peer analysis

Lead execution of capital management strategy and collaborate on analysis of enterprise capital and return targets

Develop understanding of rating agency capital models and support investment portfolio management functions

Required Qualifications

Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related area

MBA or other advanced degree beneficial

Minimum five years of experience in the insurance or financial industry relevant to the role

Strong financial acumen and knowledge of financial statements

Ability to balance and lead execution of multiple priorities across functional areas
