Jungsik is a three Michelin-starred, modern Korean fine dining restaurant in Tribeca. We are currently seeking a passionate and service-driven   Floor Manager   to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the front-of-house team during service, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Maintain a strong floor presence to oversee service flow, guest engagement, and pacing.

Manage daily pre-shift meetings, training, and ongoing coaching for captains, servers, and support staff.

Uphold service standards, fine dining protocol, and guest satisfaction at all times.

Collaborate with the kitchen, sommelier, and management team for seamless operations.

Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and conflict resolution with discretion.

Monitor and adjust the dining room ambiance (cleanliness, music, lighting, temperature).

Oversee reservations, table assignments, and VIP guest recognition.

Assist in administrative duties, including shift reports, attendance, and feedback documentation.

Ideal Candidate :

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred service

Strong leadership and communication skills

Hands-on, guest-first approach to hospitality

Calm under pressure with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to mentor and inspire a team

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
