Responsibilities

Financial Analysts within the Business FP&A team at ResMed will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic and operational decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, data management, data analytics, and business partnering. This role involves extensive problem-solving, continuous improvement, liaison with key Commercial and Finance stakeholders to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and financial rigors.

Planning, Forecasting & Reporting

• Collaborates with business leaders and P&L owners to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Key responsibilities include participating in the execution of short-range forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, along with driving data management & analytics processes.
• Conducts variance analysis, revenue & cost management, and scenario analysis. Prepares management reports and contributes to end of month accounting activities; Provides guidance, insights, identifies risk and opportunities.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is : Total Base Pay Range $66,000.00- $98,000.00 USD Annual USD Annual.
