$122,300 – $231,870 based on experience, qualifications, and location.Position Overview We are seeking an Audit Senior Manager to lead industry-focused assurance engagements, collaborate with firm leadership, and mentor high-performing staff.This role offers the opportunity to advise middle-market clients, engage directly in business development, and influence firm success while enjoying flexibility and strong career growth potential.Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Assurance Leadership - Proactively engage with clients to understand goals, challenges, and strategic priorities. - Design and implement audit procedures to evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements. - Oversee all fieldwork to deliver high-quality results within established timelines. - Provide financial statement insights, analysis, and business recommendations. - Manage engagement staffing, billing, collections, and profitability metrics.Business Development & Relationship Building - Use entrepreneurial skills to grow client relationships and identify new opportunities. - Build strong internal and external networks that support long-term business growth.Team Leadership & Development - Mentor and coach staff, supporting technical and professional growth through the firm’s development philosophy. - Participate in learning programs and maintain current knowledge of relevant standards and strategies. - Foster a collaborative team environment that supports work-life balance and engagement.Qualifications Required :
