Civil/Mechanical CAD Designer

Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking Civil / Mechanical CAD Designer on behalf of our client, a Pittsburgh area engineering consultant. Duties : -Create 2D and 3D models and construction documents for water & wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, force mains, distribution networks, gravity sewers, lift stations, and other utility structures.-Work alongside civil, mechanical, and structural engineers to translate design concepts into detailed CAD drawings that meet project specs and local / state standards.-Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency with CAD standards.-Assist with revisions based on field notes, markups, or feedback from engineers, field staff, or permitting agencies.-Conduct occasional site visits to collect data and confirm existing conditions.

Requirements : -Associate degree in Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) or related field, or equivalent experience.-5+ years of experience in CAD design, preferably related to water / wastewater systems or civil infrastructure.-AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience-Strong attention to detail, and your drawings are clean, accurate, and rock-solid.-Good Communication skills-Microsoft Office Technical Solutions Inc. provides a wide range of staffing services throughout Western Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
