Job Description :

Senior Data Engineer and Software Developer – Research Analytical Laboratory, 3M Company, St. Paul, Minnesota (hybrid) : Write and enhance code to design and develop web applications using ASP.NET and Python. Build complex\large Structured Query Language (SQL) database queries and Stored procedures to design database for the web applications. Gather requirement and develop code, run pre-deployment builds, document process and features, and perform unit tests.

Bachelor's in Computer Science or Information Technology required.

Must have five years of work experience coding in C#, Model-View-Controller (MVC), and optimizing large SQL and NoSQL databases.

Of experience required, must also have :

(i) Three years of work experience with extract, transform, and load (ETL) service like SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and coding in Python using Visual Studio Code; and

(ii) One year of work experience coding in Infragistics and designing, building, and maintaining cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure.

Experience may be gained concurrently.

Position may be eligible for telecommuting up to three days per week from within commuting distance of St. Paul office.
