Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of service from the moment they walk in
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS and Micros POS, while providing menu recommendations and upselling suggestions to enhance the guest experience
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and presentation
• Manage tables effectively by bussing, cleaning, and resetting to prepare for new guests while maintaining cleanliness standards in compliance with food safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures, including processing payments and giving correct change
• Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit
• Support team members in food preparation, kitchen communication, and sanitation tasks as needed to ensure seamless service delivery
