A specialty oncology pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to provide exceptional phone support and patient service within a dynamic retail pharmacy setting. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth communication between patients, physician offices, and internal teams to resolve medication-related issues and coordinate deliveries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage inbound calls with first call resolution techniques, addressing patient questions, medication coordination, and co-payment collection
• Triage calls efficiently to appropriate departments to support patient care and pharmacy operations
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and internal staff to facilitate timely medication delivery and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate order entry into the pharmacy computer system following standard protocols
