Lead by example in fostering a supportive, inclusive environment for staff and families. Required Skills Required Skills and Qualifications : Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Current state licensure as an SLP. Demonstrated experience in mentorship, supervision, or leadership roles preferred. 3+ years of practice as a Speech Language Pathologist Comprehensive Orientation : Introduction to our mission, culture, and values. Training and Integration : Skill development, case reviews, and shadowing opportunities with experienced clinicians. Mentorship Focus : Guidance on supervisory responsibilities and best practices for supporting SLP-CFs. Team Connection : Regular check-ins with interdisciplinary teams and supervisors to ensure a smooth transition. Client Interaction : Engage with caseloads, conduct assessments, and develop family-centered intervention plans.
