A company is looking for a Member Financial Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Engage members in financial review conversations and provide personalized recommendations

Assist members through various channels and promote credit union products and services

Educate team members on products, assist with financial transactions, and identify opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience is required

1+ years of experience in sales or customer service is required

Ability to maintain professionalism and interact positively with members and co-workers

Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and work independently

Knowledge of navigating multiple computer systems efficiently
