[job_card.job_description]Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Program and maintain Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs Perform preventive and predictive maintenance Handle welding, fabrication, and equipment upgrades Maintain accurate logs in the CMMS system Champion safety and reliability every day Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred) Strong knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley), ladder logic, and control systems Proficiency in mechanical repair, welding, and fabrication Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial safety standards Technical degree or trade school certification in Industrial Maintenance or related field Certifications such as Lockout / Tagout, Fall Protection, Confined Space, PPE, CPR / First Aid, or OSHA 10 / 30 Competitive pay with overtime and shift differentials Quarterly profit-sharing bonuses Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision) effective Day 1 401(k) with company match Paid training and certification opportunities Modern facility with cutting-edge automation A culture that values safety, innovation, and career growth
Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician
Location : Taylor, MI
Pay : Up to $39.47 / hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus : $1,500

Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay : Up to $39.47 / hour (based on experience)
- Shift Premiums : +$1.50 / hour for 2nd shift | +$1.00 / hour for 3rd shift
- Sign-On Bonus : $1,500
- Shifts : Afternoons (3 pm-11 pm) and Evenings (11 pm-7 am)
- Schedule : 10 days on / 4 days off - full-time hours with extended breaks
