$2,080 to $2,120 per week
About The Position
Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
Perform and document physical therapy assessments, including ROM, strength, mobility, and functional abilities.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, and pain-management techniques.
Use appropriate equipment and modalities such as ultrasound, e-stim, heat / cold therapy, etc.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Job Requirements
Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (DPT / MPT).
Valid state Physical Therapist license (or eligibility).
CPR / BLS certification.
Strong communication and patient-care skills.
Experience in outpatient, inpatient, SNF, home health, or acute care (as per facility need).
