[job_card.job_description]Track and evaluate our factory machine performance and calculate Cpk (Process Capability Index) Monitor and analyze quality performance Inspect materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met Collaborate with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements Review standards, specifications, and processes Create and perform validations for tools and equipment Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a focus in quality, aerospace, or mechanical engineering or similar technical field Experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role Experience reading and interpreting drawings GD&T knowledge, understanding dimension and tolerancing Metrology knowledge and understanding Root Cause analysis experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills U.S. Person Status is required as this position may need to access controlled data Experience as an auditor for AS9100 or other ISO-9001 based QMS standard. Production factory experience Excellent project management skills Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

As a Quality Engineer, you will work inside and outside the organization to define and execute processes that deliver reliable products. The right person for this role has robust knowledge of manufacturing, product development, and continuous improvement.
