Located in beautiful Louisville, CO, our -bed facility provides a peaceful setting for those seeking treatment for mental illness including chemical dependency. Centennial Peaks offers unique and individualized programming for adolescents and adults that sets us apart from many other treatment facilities. Our dynamic leadership team includes a seasoned nursing department. Our hospital is fortunate to provide Electroconvulsive Therapy, Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs in addition to inpatient services.

The Co-Occurring Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Therapist facilitates quality, evidence-based therapy groups to address mental health and substance use concerns. The IOP Therapist is responsible for conducting group therapy sessions, maintaining accurate patient documentation in the medical record, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients, working in conjunction with members of a multidisciplinary team, communicating with family members, referral sources and community partners and coordinating patients’ discharge plans.
This Part-time position can be in-person or fully virtual. The clinician will facilitate the MH/SUD Evening Intensive Outpatient Program, which runs from 5p-8p Monday/Tuesday/Thursday. The hours are weekday and primarily evenings with some flexibility.

Qualifications Requirements:
- The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment is critical.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology or Marriage & Family Therapy. REQUIRED.
- Three years of experience with psychiatric mental health population and/or chemically dependent population preferred.
- Provisional licensure in respective field (e.g. SWC, LPCC, MFTC) required or applicant can demonstrate that the process to obtain this is underway. LCSW, LPC, LMFT preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Addiction counseling, substance use clinical programming, and running groups for addiction/substance use based psychoeducation. REQUIRED.
- Knowledge of group and individual therapy interventions and modalities, risk assessment and crisis/behavior management, mental health disorders and associated treatment, discharge planning and patient case management preferred or ability to learn.
