What you'll be doing
- Supporting Product Compliance & Filing team members with troubleshooting software, system, and process issues as needed.
- Analyzing Product Specifications and other related spec docs to understand print requirements for our individual annuity and retail life insurance products.
- Performing basic updates in our policy print system (xPression Design) while coordinating updates with our IT developer partners.
- Creating and / or updating technical documentation for policy print projects and regulatory updates.
- Documenting and revising key processes as we strive for continuous improvement.
- Responding to requests for assistance developing creative and effective technical solutions.
- Developing a SME-level understanding of one or more specialized systems our users rely on and coordinating with outside vendor partners to quickly resolve issues.
- Using your understanding of software testing methodology to assist with designing effective test data sets and conditions to ensure high-quality policy print output.

1-3+ years of experience in financial services – individual annuities, workplace benefits, and / or retail life insurance experience preferredStrong reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skillsContinuous learning and innovation mindsetExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with partners of varying technical proficiency and experienceAbility to work independently as a self-starter, proactively taking actionPower user skills in the Microsoft 365 suite, including Copilot, SharePoint Online, Teams, and experience with workflows and Power AutomateDemonstrated ability to be flexible and make meaningful contributions as part of a team4 Year / Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)Nice to haves :
Experience training small groupsFamiliarity with XML and comfort working with data extractsxPression Design experience (user or developer)Experience with change management processes, working closely with IT resourcesData skills and experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data analytics softwareApplication Deadline

The pay range for this position is $53,500 - $96,300 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
