Position Overview :

Zarminali?Pediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicated?pediatricians?to join our inaugural team in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will play a vital role in promoting the overall health of the?pediatric?population and fostering a supportive environment for our patients, families, and our community that will help shape healthy futures.??

WHAT YOU'LL DO : ??

As a pediatrician at Zarminali you will focus on :

• Patient Care : ?Delivering exceptional care by diagnosing, treating, and creating personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs, while being responsive to acute concerns.
• Growth, Development & Preventative Health : Monitoring children's physical and emotional milestones, offering early intervention and educating families on preventive care for healthy growth and development.??
• Patient & Family Education : Supporting families throughout the full spectrum of?the pediatric?lifecycle, providing guidance and compassionate care from infancy through?adolescence, fostering healthy development, and empowering families with the knowledge they need at each stage.??
• Documentation : Maintaining accurate and up to date patient records, adhering to best practice in documentation and healthcare regulations.??
• Collaboration : Working closely with support team members, Advanced Practice Clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for patients.??
