Dates :   December 29 - ongoing

Hours : Clinic hours are 7 : 30-4 : 30 Monday - Friday. (30 minute lunch)

Patients per shift : 20

Call : No

DOT certified : yes

License : Willing to license

EMR : Epic and Systoc

Additional Info : Provider will be working at the Rhinelander Occupational Health clinic 5 days a week. Two of those days provider would go to the Rhinelander School District onsite clinic for 3 hours then back to clinic. The two locations are about 5 miles apart. If needs to cover in other locations we try to keep them there a full day
