What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are built safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site logistics to maintain efficient workflows.
• Implement and enforce safety programs, quality control, and compliance with federal requirements.
• Partner with Project Managers and clients to drive communication, problem-solving, and successful project delivery.
• Mentor field staff while developing your leadership path within a leading organization.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on federal projects
• Strong understanding of government contract compliance, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel or relocate based on project assignment.
